This Acceptable Use Policy covers the services, systems, websites, hosting environments, tools, platforms, and technologies provided or managed by Digital Afterlabs LLC under any applicable agreement, Service Schedule, Statement of Work, proposal, invoice, or related service documentation. These are collectively referred to in this policy as the "Services."
This policy is designed to protect Digital Afterlabs LLC, our clients, our vendors, third-party platforms, and the broader Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, abusive, harmful, or illegal activity.
Clients or users found engaging in activities prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy may be subject to service restriction, service suspension, account termination, removal of access, or other remedial action. In extreme cases, we may be legally required or permitted to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
Fair Use
Digital Afterlabs LLC provides Services with the expectation that use will remain consistent with normal business use, the applicable Service Schedule, Statement of Work, proposal, invoice, or related service documentation.
If use of the Services is excessive, abusive, disruptive, outside the agreed scope, or materially different from expected use, Digital Afterlabs LLC may charge additional fees, restrict capacity, modify service delivery, require a revised scope, or suspend Services where appropriate.
We are opposed to all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, unlawful activity, and any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual, system, network, website, service, or resource. Clients are responsible for their own actions and for the actions of anyone who uses the Services with the client's permission, authorization, access, credentials, systems, accounts, websites, devices, or networks.
This responsibility also applies to unauthorized use of the Services resulting from the client's failure to maintain reasonable security measures, credentials, account controls, access restrictions, user management practices, or system safeguards.
By using or accepting Services from Digital Afterlabs LLC, clients agree to ensure compliance with this policy by anyone using the Services through the client's account, systems, access, website, hosting environment, cloud environment, network, or managed systems.
